Chicago State University College of Pharmacy has a 2+4 pathway in place, which allows interested students to complete 2 years of prerequisite coursework and then matriculate into a 4 year professional doctorate program. Upon completion, the student will obtain a PharmD and will go on to study for the boards (NAPLEX) to get licensed to practice. Chicago State University offers the prerequisite courses along with other institutions, however interested students can complete the course work at the university/institution of their choice.
