Ferris is a four year public, state University located in Big Rapids, Michigan – about three and a half hours from Chicago. We DO NOT charge out of state tuition, so Illinois students pay the same as Michigan residents. We are test optional too! We have 190 degree granting programs ranging from associates degrees, bachelors degrees, masters degrees and doctoral degrees.
