About National Tube Supply: National Tube Supply is a distributor of carbon and alloy mechanical steel tubing. We do not manufacture any of the steel tubing in our warehouse; we purchase it from the steel mills in bulk and sell it to our customers. NTS also offers precision cutting services for cut-to-length tubing, with the ability to ship your order within 24 hours. Our steel tubing is used for a large number of applications in agriculture and construction equipment, printing, conveying, machinery, fluid power applications and many more.
Positions at NTS: Job duties for a Material Handler include but are not limited to: · Operate forklifts, side loaders, and overhead pendant cranes. · Measure material using tape measures, calipers and micrometers. · Learn to properly identify material. · Safely handle, move, stack, and load material. · Process orders using our advanced computer systems. · Follow directions on paperwork including special instructions, and those provided by a supervisor. · Work in teams
Shifts/Hours: 1st 7am-3:30pm 2nd 3pm-11:30pm 3rd 11pm-7:30am (all with a half hour lunch)
